Job Description
We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our company at our Dinuba Distribution Center.
Starting pay: $19.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to include cash sales for walk in customers.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing customer quotes.
- Processing new projects.
- Submitting purchase order requests.
- Processing bill of ladings (BOL’s) and proofs of delivery (POD’s) for billing purposes.
- Filing of transaction paperwork properly and maintaining clean and organized records.
- Entering sales orders and following up, to include return material authorizations (RMA’s) and returns to vendor (RTV’s).
- Maintaining open communication with sales department and operations.
- Assisting sales with claim forms and submitting.
- Assisting sales with collection efforts.
- Requesting new part numbers.
- Maintaining price list and ship to addresses.
- Populating, updating, and maintaining Specright platform.
- Closing placed sales/purchase orders monthly.
- Maintaining customer report package.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Helping other distribution centers with technology and processes.
- Covering for other CSR’s during vacations, absences, or as requested by supervisor.
- Answering phones.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual mandatory (English/Spanish).
- 2+ years of Customer Service preferred – agricultural packaging with corrugated knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, supervisors, and coworkers.
- Organized, can multi-task, prioritize work, work independently, and complete in a timely manner.
- Must have proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
